Messier Dowty, a UK-based manufacturer of aircraft and helicopter landing gears, has awarded AmEuro Metals BV (The Netherlands) a âsupplier quality approval.â? It is the first time this approval has been awarded to a special material sales office in The Netherlands. In the last two years Ameuro Metals, which specialises in the supply of special metals and alloys like aluminum, titanium nickel and stainless steel alloys to the motor racing, aerospace and other high-tech industries, has expanded its business to Asian markets. There has been an increasing demand for smaller and mid-sized quantities of specialty metals and alloys. â Ameuro Metals is producing a new technical brochure. It contains 40 pages of technical information about titanium, stainless steels, aluminum and other high-tech materials. It also contains tables showing international material specification cross-references and other information.
