Welding parameter storage

Polysoude has developed a device to save and store all the welding parameters for any weld
performed. These parameters are stored on a compact flash card; afterwards they can be transferred to any computer in order to supplement the Quality report. On a single 32 Mo card, you can store parameters up to 32 000 welds. Each record is documented with the name of the company and welder; the name of the welding programme; reference of the weld; number of the weld with indication of repaired welds; date and time, voltage, current, welding speed, speed of the filler wire recorded periodically; total cycle time; error message during the welding cycle.
