TEPCO to invest in Latin America energy fund
Japan's largest power utility, Tokyo Electric Power Co, will invest JIY 1.24 billion in a Latin America energy fund to target energy services and co-generation businesses in Brazil and Mexico.

The plant is scheduled for completion in 2004. RWE announced yesterday that it would invest EUR 200 million together with its Belgian partner.
