Polysoude has developed a device enabling all the welding parameters for any weld performed to be saved and stored. These parameters are stored on a compact flash card; afterwards they can be transferred to any computer in order to supplement the quality report. On a single 32 Mo card, you can store parameters up to 32,000 welds. Each record is documented with: name of the company and welder, name of the welding programme; reference of the weld; number of the weld with indication of repaired welds; date and time; voltage, current, welding speed, speed of the filler wire recorded periodically; total cycle time; error message during the welding cycle; the PSxx4 âCompact Flash Managerâ?, a multi-language software allowing the files to be exported to an Excel sheet.
