Rogers & Phillips, Inc., a construction unit of the Willbros Group, Inc. based in Houston, Texas, has won a contract to construct Phase II of Southern Natural Gas Company’s South System Expansion Project. The project consists of five new segments of pipeline totalling 46.8 miles of 30 and 36â? pipeline at locations in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. Work is anticipated to begin in March 2003 and scheduled for completion in July 2003.
