Quizix Inc. has released its QX Series metering pump made of stainless-steel, for applications in pharmaceutical research, catalyst or chemical injection. The pump is available with a maximum pressure rating of 500, 1500 or 6000 psi. Flow rates range from a minimum of 0.001 cc/minute to a maximum of 500 cc/minute. The pump is available in hardwearing Hastelloy and stainless steel and can be ordered with an optional washout system to minimise corrosion and extend seal life. The pump is operated by a computer interface or through a touch screen front panel display. Either method gives the user complete control. The pumps can start or stop simultaneously in a multi-pump system or operate independently.
