TW Metals has appointed Dr Steve Jones as Head of Group Sales and Marketing. Dr Jones will be responsible for sales and marketing in the UK, Europe and the Far East for TW Metals’ range of stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and high-alloy products and Philip Cornes’s specialist corrosion and heat-resistant alloys. He will focus on developing a strategy to maximise sales growth in the aerospace, oil & gas, chemical process and engineering market sectors. Steve Jones comes from the AvestaPolarit Group, where he was general manager of the company’s South Wales Business Unit.
