Jiangshan Chemical Co. Ltd (Jiangshan, China) has signed a framework agreement on 9 April 2008, with the governments of Ordos City and Wushen Banner to build a USD 710 million coal-based chemical base at the cyclic industry park of Wushen Banner, Ordos City, in northern China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Jiangshan Chemical announced on 11 April 2008.
