Olympic Steel Inc. (ZEUS), a national metals service center, announced the promotion of Brace Moran to General Manager of Integrity Stainless – Latrobe, effective April 3.
Moran started at Olympic Steel in 2011 as sales manager for the Integrity Stainless in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. In that role, he focused on business development, and was responsible for increasing sales volume and new customer acquisition.
Prior to joining Olympic Steel, Moran was employed for 11 years at Toma Metals, Inc., a diversified metals processor and distributor based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. There he served in positions with increasing responsibility including purchasing manager, warehouse manager, and sales representative.
Jerry Gideon remains GM of the Integrity Stainless – Streetsboro, Ohio, facility, a position he has held since 2014. Both Gideon and Moran will report to Markowitz.
