Iran and EU in double pact

Iran and EU have signed two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) on energy affairs. Deputy Oil Minister for International Affairs Hadi Nejad- Hosseinian said that one of the agreements related to the third joint session of the Iran-EU Expert Committee in which the results of the committee’s one-year work was described and ways of expansion of bilateral ties were outlined. The other agreement stipulates for the forming of an Energy Cooperation Center between Iran and EU, the Oil Ministry official underlined. Nejad-Hosseinian said in the centre the EU’s and Iranian experts focus on various ways of energy co-operation.
