ESAB launches module-based welding system

ESAB has launched a new welding system from ESAB, the Aristo system. ESAB’s goal right from the initial design stages was to produce an intelligent and flexible module-based welding system. Users can individually compose the units of this equipment so that they correspond precisely to their MIG/MAG, DC-TIG or MMA requirements. Should their needs change, the equipment can be completed and adapted to the new area of use. The system’s power source is built on inverter-based IGBT technology that provides both dependable equipment and superb welding qualities. The digital CAN-bus communications and control system optimises flexibility, enabling all units both inside and outside the equipment to communicate with each other. Service and maintenance are aided by the system controlling and registering any disturbances or faults that may arise.
