ICA Fluor Daniel, the Mexico-based partnership of Fluor Corporation and Empresas ICA Sociedad Controladora has been awarded a USD 136.6 million contract to provide engineering, procurement, construction and start-up support services for two plants and one fuel terminal for Pemex Gas y Petroquimica Basica.
