Easy process solutions with diaphragm valves

The new diaphragm valve systems from Burkert Fluid Control Systems combine with the company’s easy process solutions to substantially reduce total cost of ownership. These systems feature an investment cast and forged valve bodies for use in a wide variety of industry applications. They can be adapted to any requirement with a large number of pneumatic actuators, combined with a wide variety of actuation concepts: centralised or decentralised process actuation. The diaphragm valves may be polished with surface finishes for perfect cleaning up to aseptic standards. The Burkert range comprises manual and piston controlled diaphragm valves from DN4-100 with bodies available in plastics, investment cast stainless steel, forged stainless steel or cold-formed stainless steel tubes. The new investment cast stainless steel bodies cover all needs in food and beverage, water treatment, cosmetics and semiconductor applications. Additionally, forged stainless steel bodies meet all requirements for the pharmaceutical and biotech fields, as illustrated in the supporting photograph of a tank bottom version of this range. Intelligent, multifunctional sensors for flow, level, pressure, temperature and analytical control, together with controllers and a broad range of process valves allow Burkert to create complete fluid control systems and solutions.
Intelligent controller TOP control and side control including fieldbus and other connectivity can be combined very easily with Bukert’s intelligent sensors using the unique and powerful Easy Link concept.
