Air Liquide announces divestments and purchases

Air Liquide America Corp. has announced several recent divestments and purchases. The corporation has sold its welding retail store in Santa Maria, California, to Central Coast Gases, an independent supplier of welding gases and hard goods. Its retail store in Medford, Oregon, has gone to to Industrial Source, an independent Air Liquide distributor and customer based in Eugene, Oregon. Air Liquide sold seven of its retail stores to Airgas Inc., Radnor, Pennsylvania. The stores were located in Flagstaff, Morenci, Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma, Ariz; Silver City, New Mexico, and Brawley, California. The company has also purchased two nitrous oxide production facilities, located in Richmond, California, and Donora, Pennsylvania.
