Special Metals Corporation and Rath Manufacturing Company Inc. have announced a distribution partnership for the supply of welded tube in Europe. This agreement further cements the close relationship whereby Special Metals is the major nickel alloy supplier to Rath Manufacturing.The two companies have joined forces in Europe for Special Metals to distribute Rath’s welded tube products through the Special Metals Services distribution and sales network in Hereford (UK) Lyon, Milan, Düsseldorf and Rotterdam. These products will complement the existing seamless tube and other nickel alloy forms already supplied to the European market from these locations. The partnership will offer a more comprehensive service to end users, thereby providing one-stop shopping for designers, fabricators and process plant operators for their nickel alloy and stainless steel requirements in tubular forms.
