Xodus Group has recently been awarded a framework agreement for the provision of design and engineering technical services to the Grain LNG terminal, situated on the Isle of Grain, Kent. The three year contract will involve a range of engineering input from feasibility and conceptual capabilities to front-end engineering and design (FEED) and detailed engineering to enhance and expand Grain LNG’s services. Xodus has already successfully completed a number of projects for Grain LNG prior to the framework agreement.

“There is no doubt that LNG has proven to be a viable option in the overall energy mix and this award is a step forward in expanding our core skills in this arena,â€? said Alistair Porter, Operations Director with Xodus. “Our integrated engineering team together with expertise from Chiyoda Corporation, Xodus’ majority shareholder, provides considerable LNG experience.
