Established in 1983, Borşen Boru is a leading stockist of stainless steel pipes, valves and fittings; it also produces laser, plasma and TIG welded stainless steel pipes under the enox brand. Borşen ensures the highest quality of products in stock, complying with inspections and agreements with esteemed European manufacturers. An experienced and dynamic team serves its primary market segments of hygiene, instrumentation and industrial purposes.
Since 2006, Borşen has produced welded stainless steel pipes on fully-automatic lines utilising TIG or computer-controlled laser welding. Internal and external deburring units, a bright annealing unit on a linear line and deburring after size correcting processes are conducted consecutively. Borşen conducts complete pipe welding area scans and overall pipe surface scans using two Eddy Current devices for quality assurance and to obtain crack-free, perfect surfaces.
A fully equipped inspection laboratory (EN ISO 17025) carries out destructive and non-destructive testing. All stainless steel pipes produced by Borşen are subject to EN 10204:3.1 certification.
Borşen Boru produces welded pipes in grades AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316L. Its manufacturing standards are: EN10217-7, EN 10357, SMS ISO 2037,ASTM A249, ASTM A778
