Titanium Industries revamps website

Titanium Industries (Ti Industries) has revamped their Website (www.titanium.com) offering a more interactive approach to customer service. Visitors can go online, request information and receive a call back from a Ti Industries sales or marketing representative. The website includes information that simplifies key market sectors for clients, looking at how titanium is used in aerospace and chemical processing applications, which grades are necessary and how the material reaches its destination. A titanium industry news feed is updated daily featuring the latest industry news and technical information. It will also chart ingot market prices. The company plans to implement a gateway to STRATIX, their enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, enabling customers to obtain online information including their order status and tracking. This will also allow employees to execute sales, receiving, inventory management, logistics planning, invoicing and customer service more efficiently. The website offers a full list of services offered by Ti Industries as well as a standard list of sizes, shapes and grades of their mill products. A map identifies all of the company’s 13 service facilities in North America, Asia, Europe and India.
