The Timken Company has elected Roger W. Lindsay an officer of the company. He serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Advancement. In this position, Mr. Lindsay has primary responsibilities for all issues relating to managing and developing the company’s human resources, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, personal development, and career planning. Mr. Lindsay has served as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Advancement since 1999. He joined the company in 1990 as Director of Human Resources for Europe, Africa and West Asia.
