Schurter’s Metal Line switches and keypads are protected against both rough environmental conditions and vandalism. The MCS 19 Metallic is a single switch with a very flat front side to reduce the likelihood of damage due to vandalism. Its stainless-steel surface is ideal for outdoor applications. The actuator or the switch housing can be varnished according customer colour specifications. Red, green and yellow are available as standard signal colours. In addition, the switches can be laser-lettered with symbols or characters according to customer needs. After the laser lettering has been completed, the varnished actuators are treated with a clear varnish sealing. These switches with their robust surfaces are considered ideal for ticketing terminals, gas stations, bank and cash machines, Internet terminals and information booths.
