Tecninox is proud to announce the addition of OHSAS 18001:07 to its already wealthy array of certifications and qualifications.
Tecninox has been awarded the OHSAS 18001:07 approval by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance for achieving the uppermost levels of health and safety at its production plant. The manufacturer of butt weld fittings in stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, superaustenitics and nickel alloys has demonstrated its commitment to its workers in the implementation of a risk control and prevention system of the highest standard.

Raccortubi Group is maintaining its position at the forefront of quality and health and safety standards. It kickstarted this status in 1991 when Raccortubi, stockist and supplier of pipes, tubes, fittings and flanges, received the ISO 9002 certificate to become the first Italian stockholder to do so. This certification was then extended to the Tecninox production.
Raccortubi Group companies, amongst which the Group’s new butt weld fittings manufacturer Petrol Raccord, benefit not only from OHSAS 18001:07, ISO 9001:2008, PED and ASME certifications, but also from a wide variety of international end-user approvals.
In addition, Tecninox recently added to its production capabilities in the form of a brand new and automatic heat-treatment furnace, four times larger than the current model. Given its precision and consistency in stabilising the temperature, the furnace has already been qualified to NORSOK M-650 Ed. 4 as it goes above and beyond the prerequisites of the standard.
