Taiwan will maintain anti-dumping duties on stainless steel from China and South Korea for five years.
The decision reaffirms an existing policy that all manufacturers and exporters from China and South Korea are subject to anti-dumping duty rates of 38.11% and 37.65%, respectively.
Taiwan has levied such duties since 2013 and has completed a second periodic review to consider sunsetting the policy.
