Steel fabricator AT&F acquires HMF

AT&F is celebrating 75 years in the industry with the strategic acquisition of Manitowoc, Wisconsin-based Heavy Metal Fabricators (HMF). The HMF facility is 60,000ft2, provides 60-ton crane capacity, and hosts large-scale cutting, welding and machining operations.

Synalloy BRISMET adds heavy wall pipe capability

Synalloy Corporation announced that its BRISMET unit is adding a heavy wall welded pipe production shop in Bristol, Tennessee. The operation will be located in the former BristolFab facility.

The heavy wall shop will feature a 4,000-ton press.
