TECHNIP to build polyethylene plant in the USA
Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP (CPC) and Solvay Polymers Inc. have awarded a contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of a new high-density polyethylene plant at CPC's Cedar Bayou facility in Baytown, Texas, to the joint venture of TECHNIP USA Corporation and BE&K Construction Company.
