New management at Technip
At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Technip-Coflexip held on 13 December 2001, shareholders decided to change the company's corporate governance structure to a two-tiered structure with a management board (directoire) and a supervisory board (conseil de surveillance).
Technip changes name
At a shareholders’ meeting on 24 August 2001 Technip’s name was changed to Technip-Coflexip.
