Sandvik’s annual general meeting 2020
Sandvik AB held its Annual General Meeting in Sandviken, Sweden. No speeches were held during the meeting, however, Sandvik's President and CEO Stefan Widing has prerecorded an address to the shareholders which are now published on Sandvik’s website.
Sandvik appoints new Board of Directors
Pursuant to the Nomination Committee’s proposal Stefan Widing and Kai Wärn were elected new members of the Board and Jennifer Allerton, Claes Boustedt, Marika Fredriksson, Johan Karlström, Johan Molin and Helena Stjernholm were re-elected members of the Board.
