G.O. Carlson and Jindal Stainless Corporation have signed an agreement whereby Jindal will roll specialty steel plate on its Baytown, Texas mill for Carlson, and Carlson in turn will be renting space from Jindal for the purpose of establishing a plate processing operation with capabilities similar to those of its plate processing facility in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.
