EnviTec Biogas builds first biogas plant in the Philippines

EnviTec Biogas is resuming construction of a 1.4 MW poultry-manure biogas plant in Candelaria, Quezon Province, with fermenters, engine and grid connection already in place. Installation of internals, pumps and control systems will start in Q1 2026, ahead of feeding power into the Meralco grid from June 2026 – a classic manure-to-energy project with significant need for corrosion-resistant stainless tanks, piping and gas handling.
