Enel Green Power, Itaú sign USD 100M loan deal
Enel Green Power, acting through its Brazilian subsidiary Enel Brasil Participações (Enel Brazil) – the controlling holding company of Brazilian subsidiaries of the Enel Green Power Group –signed a 10-year term loan agreement for approximately USD 100M with Brazilian bank Itaú Unibanco (Itaú).
Enel Green Power wins more wind capacity in Brazil
Enel Green Power has been awarded energy supply contracts for a wind project located in north-eastern Brazil. The new project will add further 114MW to the 490MW of wind capacity Enel Green Power already obtained in previous Brazilian public auctions since 2010.

Enel Green Power has been awarded the right to sign 20-year energy supply contracts in Brazil for a total of 344MW of wind and photovoltaic (PV) capacity following the ‘Leilão de Reserva’ public tender.
