UAE steelmaker Emirates Steel announced that it has been awarded the Gold category of the prestigious Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA 2014), which was presented to winners on 25 November by HH Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, at a ceremony held at the Emirates Palace.

Emirates Steel has set the stage to further expand its global presence and add more value-added steels to its product basket.
