Air Liquide, Severstal strengthen their partnership

Severstal and ChelPipe (Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant) Group had an extended coordination meeting at the Cherepovets steel mill, part of Severstal’s Russian Steel division. During the meeting, the two companies assessed their joint achievements in 2015 and discussed plans for the future.
Severstal finishes Cherepovets improvement program
The Cherepovets Steel Mill, part of the Russian Steel division of Severstal, has completed a maintenance project to upgrade its No1 Converter. This marks the completion of an approx. EUR 59M environmental improvement program that included the installation of equipment to trap fugitive emission from the Mill’s No1, No2 and No3 converters.
Cherepovets Steel Mill deliveries increase by 30,000t
The Cherepovets Steel Mill, part of the Russian Steel division of OAO Severstal, boosted supplies to Russian mechanical engineering companies by 31,500t between January and August 2013.
