Spence Figure 32, 42, 42A Safety Valves

Spence Engineering Company Inc., Walden, New York, has announced a line of safety valves featuring a stainless steel base and disc which provide longer life, better corrosion resistance and higher set pressure ranges. These ASME Section I and VIII approved valves feature rugged construction and two-ring control which make them extremely dependable in terms of pop action, seat tightness and repeatability. Figure 32, 42 and 42A Series Safety Valves are excellent for use on steam boilers, steam service on unfired pressure vessels, accumulators, cleaners and distillers as well as for air, gas and vapours on compressors, receivers, burners, dryers and other piping systems. Cast bronze threaded valves with stainless steel base and disc are available in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 2-1/2″ for pressures to 300 psi and temperatures to 422°F.
