With years of experience and proven expertise in stainless and nickel alloy seamless and welded pipe manufacturing, Mr Leclerc has founded XPIM to provide services for the piping industry. Previously, he held executive and operational management positions at BSL Pipes & Fittings, SXP USA, Asiaflex TechnipFMC, Mannesmann Stainless Tubes. The services offered through XPIM include:
- General / plant management for a transition period, especially for turnaround or start-up where he has significant experience,
- Operational performance improvement, quality rate increases, process reliability improvements (including Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, FMECA, etc,
- CAPEX project management (from functional definition to commissioning),
- Advising buyers on technical specifications and sourcing complex piping packages in stainless and nickel alloys for the best price, in compliance with technical requirements, and ensuring order follow-up and all aspects of expediting.
