Rolled Alloys has announced the recent acquisition of SMS Alloys. Located in the city of Lyon, approximately 260mi south of Paris, this 16,000 sq ft facility serves aerospace and corrosion resistant alloy customers throughout Central Europe and beyond. As part of the Rolled Alloys global family, this location will continue operations and be known as SMS Alloys. SMS Alloys presently stocks sheet, plate, bar, and tube products, in both aerospace and corrosion resistant alloys. This location will now become Rolled Alloys’ primary stocking location in Central Europe, and will complement the UK facility in Blackburn, England.
