In addition, the on-time delivery metric for the last quarter of 2015 showed a stellar performance. Over the final three months of 2015, Roll-Kraft closed the year with 100% of roll forming orders and 99.6% of total orders being delivered on-time.
However, on-time delivery is only part of the standard. It is also crucial that the tooling performs as designed. The website contains monthly figures indicating cumulative data on first-time performance. This is a critical element for each customer, as they are often putting the tooling into production immediately, in order to meet their own deadlines. Overall, Roll-Kraft tooling achieved 96.7% first-time performance during 2015.
