Pump Solutions Group (PSG®) has appointed Charles Howden to the position of Regional Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland. In his new role Howden will be responsible for the Mouvex range of Eccentric Disc Pump products in these important areas.
Mouvex’s eccentric disc pumps are suitable for use in the chemical, food and beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical industries, all of which have unique processes and associated pumping application challenges. Over the years, the company’s technology has proven to be a quick and effective problem-solver in the these applications, due to a level of operational performance that mimics traditional positive displacement pumps while also providing constant flow rates that are independent of both pressure and product viscosity.
Charles Howden brings 26 years of experience working with rotating machinery to the team; for the past 15 years he was a Sales Manager with Gardner Denver Limited, where he most recently managed the company’s industrial-blower business. There, he was responsible for territories in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Israel and South Africa.
