Outokumpu’s Board of Directors has announced that is considering options to exit from the group’s fabricated copper products business in order to concentrate on stainless steel. The company believes this is a logical continuation of its portfolio development and will significantly lower the group’s gearing ratio while also releasing management and financial resources.
