This durable and easy-to-maintain radar system accurately detects the levels of steel, aluminum, or copper, even in challenging conditions such as dust, fumes, vibrations, or sparks, and at temperatures up to 1600 degrees Celsius. Typically, the sensor does not require active cooling, simplifying the commissioning process.
Based on the OndoSense apex radar sensor, this solution boasts a measurement accuracy of up to 300 µm, a measurement rate of 300 Hz, and a measurement range spanning from 0.1 to 15 meters. Consequently, OndoSense offers the most precise and quickest radar sensor for liquid metal level measurement.
