Olympic Steel announces leadership changes

Olympic Steel Inc. has hired Edward “Max” Fitzgerald in the newly created role of vice president – fabrication. He has more than 23 years of experience in new product development, global supply chain management, operations management, and strategic planning, serving most recently as global category procurement manager for an international OEM.

The company also has named Matthew Grussing as director of sales–fabrication. He joined the company in 2010 as an inside sales representative. In his more than 13 years with the company, he has held commercial roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as general manager for the Minneapolis Plate facility.
