Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is providing engineering design, global procurement, and construction management services for NOVA Chemicals Corporation’s debottleneck project in Bayport, Texas, USA. Officials estimate mechanical completion of the project in the fourth quarter of 2004. The production increase at this site requires integration of grassroots and revamp components into the overall facility. Project execution is led out of Jacobs’s regional centre in Houston, with support from their high-value operation in Mumbai, India.
