Nina Šxman at Sandvik Rock Tools has been awarded The Female Leader of the Future 2020 in Sweden by Ledarna, a Swedish organization for executives.
Since January this year, Nina Šxman is Vice President and Head of Global Operations at Sandvik Rock Tools and she came from a position as factory manager at Bombardier in Västerås. In fierce competition with other talented young female leaders, she was named the Female Leader of the Future in 2020, recently.
