Legacy Oil + Gas (Legacy) announced that Aidan M. Walsh has joined the Board of Directors of Legacy. Walsh is the president and CEO of Baccalieu Energy, a Canadian junior oil and gas company. Walsh has 37 years of oil and gas experience in production, marketing, transportation, acquisitions, finance, facility engineering and construction. He was president and CEO of Burmis Energy from 2003 to 2008 and president and CEO of Elk Point Resources from 1993 to 2003. He is currently a director of Baccalieu Energy and Freehold Royalties, and a director and former Chair of the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada.
