New director for Legacy
Legacy Oil + Gas (Legacy) announced that Aidan M. Walsh has joined the Board of Directors of Legacy. Walsh is the president and CEO of Baccalieu Energy, a Canadian junior oil and gas company. Walsh has 37 years of oil and gas experience in production, marketing, transportation, acquisitions, finance, facility engineering and construction.
Legacy acquires
Legacy Reserves LP has entered into an agreement to purchase 100% of the membership interests of Pantwist from Cano Petroleum, Inc. for USD 42.7 million cash, subject to customary closing adjustments.
