The venue boasts three levels dedicated to imbibing and dining, featuring a beer hall where guests can observe the brewing process through windows overlooking the pristine stainless-steel tanks of the brewery while savouring their beverage of choice.
The ground floor will host the Beer Hall, characterized by its industrial style, providing patrons with a firsthand view of the brewing process through large windows overlooking the brewery’s gleaming stainless-steel tanks.
Ascending to the ‘Next Level,’ guests will discover a distinctive brewery bar complemented by an expansive terrace offering sweeping vistas of the city skyline. Additionally, a further rooftop area, aptly named ‘Level Up,’ is slated to open in mid-April, promising even more awe-inspiring views of Melbourne and South Melbourne.
