Jan Ward has won the title of “Global Director of the Year” at the London and South East Director of the Year Awards, held on Wednesday 11th June at the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall, London.
As a qualified engineer and a person who refuses to recognise barriers, Jan founded Corrotherm International Ltd in 1992 and started supplying high grade metals to the oil, gas and desalination markets.
Ward comments, “I’m honoured to win Global Director and really appreciate the recognition.
“I’d hope this award will make more young people consider engineering as a career. If winning this award helps to introduce the idea to more young students , it would be great.”
