Huntingdon Fusion Techniques Ltd, manufacturers of weld purging accessories, pipe stoppers, Tungsten Grinders and the Multi Strike Tungsten Electrodes, will be leaving its Huntingdon home on 19 December 2001 and relocating to Burry Port in Carmarthenshire, Wales. With the acquisition of the pipe plug manufacturers Hiltlake Ltd in October 1999, the company has outgrown its Huntingdon premises for the fourth time and has now found a much larger facility with room for further expansion on the same site. The new facility has immediate access to international air, road, rail and sea links for fast deliveries to the company’s distributors world wide. The company now has sufficient space to bring all activities under one roof and to stock up to six months supply of product, so customers will always be able to have their requirements despatched same day, whatever the market conditions.
