Holon Building wins 1st place in World of Modular Award

BROAD Group participated in the Modular Building Institute’s annual “World of Modular” expo in April.
BROAD Holon Building received the First Place award in the Modular Building Institute’s annual “World of Modular Awards of Distinction” in the Multifamily 25,000+ sq ft category.
The Awards of Distinction winners were chosen based on architectural excellence, technological innovation, sustainability, and time to completion.
Known as the “1000 year building”, the Holon is the world’s first purely stainless steel construction. Its column and beams are stainless steel, and the floors are composed of BROAD’s stainless B-CORE slab.
