At the 14th EMO Hannover, Trumpf introduced the L3050. This laser-profiling machine has a powerful 5kw laser. Its machine control, structure and drives enable the greater exploitation of this higher power over a wide range of materials. The profile speeds on the L3050 are such that the ‘break-evens’ between laser and ‘hard-tool’ are now higher than before.
