Hermann Butting receives KCF Award

On 26 February 2009, Hermann Butting was awarded Prize for Christian Managers in Düsseldorf, along with two other managers, Jürg Opprecht from Berne and Manuela Strohofer from Geiselwind. The prize is intended to honour those who are setting a good example of values and sustainable conduct in industry, society, the public services or the academic field. Suitable areas of activity can include: Personnel management/company culture, product quality, customer orientation/service mentality, public relations work and commitment to society. About 3500 people took part in the conference, and the speakers included Jürgen Rüttgers, the state premier of North-Rhine Westphalia, Claus Hipp of HIPP Baby Foods and Friedhelm Loh of Rittal.
