Heavy duty pipe bevelling machine PDM 24

George Fischer +GF+ Pipe Tools division in Singen, Germany has produced a new generation of heavy duty pipe bevelling machines. This power tool grants a semi-automated workflow. The machine is designed to bevel steel and non-ferrous metal pipes starting from 18mm up to a wall thickness of 60mm, and with its special duplication technology, nearly any type of welding profile can be made. The machine prepares from the outside to the inside and returns to the starting position automatically after reaching the variable adjusted end position. Per rotation, the tool gets an axial feed of 0,27mm / 0,01inch. The PDM 24 offers several advantages and lets you handle several working steps, such as counter-boring, overturn, facing and bevelling with a single machine. The handling and the set-up of this machine is easy and time efficient, due to the possibility of mounting mandrel and machine separately, either vertically or horizontally. The PDM 24 is a super silenced pneumatic bevel machine and it offers the possibility of adjusting the numbers of revolutions infinitely variable.
